This fantastic, mostly seated, class is aimed at over-50's, but actually anyone with balance and coordination challenges will benefit. It is aimed at the less stable client who wants to work on becoming stronger and improving balance. This class is not only great for physical health but also positive, regular, social interaction; my Thornbury class tends to pop over the road to the café for a cuppa after class, whereas my Henleaze class stays behind and we put the kettle on. Twice a year, at Henleaze, I spend the tea money on a lunch spread, and we invite friends and family for a party.
