"Hi - I'm Arthur and I jointly manage the keep-fit at Men at St. Peters (MASP) in Henleaze, Bristol - mostly an older group of men. Natasha has been our trainer at MASP for a number of years. She's caring, dependable and friendly and gets on with and encourages every keep-fit participant. The fitness training she provides is comprehensive, incorporating stretching, cardio, body area focus, weights, balance, pattern movement, floor exercise etc. She also varies the exercises so that it's never just the same old routine and therefore keeps everyone's interest going ... so much so that most members have been coming a long time. Simply said: Natasha is highly recommended!!"
