Yoga-Lattes combines the best stretches from Yoga with the best core exercises from Pilates to provide a challenging and efficient workout. Yoga-Lattes helps to improve core strength, flexibility and balance, and therefore complements other sports and activities very well, helping you get the most out of all your activities. It is in an easy-to-follow format suitable for all ages and all abilities with no previous experience necessary.
We finish class with a relaxation/meditation session, so you can bring whatever you may need to feel totally comfortable; pillows, blankets, eye masks etc.
A non-slip yoga mat is required, or you may not be able to participate.
